Job Description:
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Paralegal diploma in conveyancing or completion of conveyancing course
- Minimum 1 year experience as a conveyancing secretary or working in a conveyancing practice
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Lexis Convey
- Experience in Property Development Conveyancing
- Attention to detail
- Excellent client etiquette
- Good command of English language (written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Assisting the senior conveyancing secretaries with administrative function including but not limited to compiling transfer documents
- Follow up on signature of transfer documents
- Keep records up to date and provide manager with weekly updates on projects
- Attend to deliveries of deeds and transfer documents
- Opening of files on computer software programs
- General Conveyancing secretary duties
