Requirements for Debtors Controller at AECI:-
- Full credit control and drawing office admin function.
- Accurate maintenance of the customer and supplier master file.
- Processing of invoices and credit notes.
- Collection and accurate allocation of payments.
- Resolving customer queries.
- Receiving, registering, scanning, and copying of drawings.
- Issuing of excavation permits.
- Carry out SHE tasks when required.
- Comply with Safety, Health and Environmental standards.
- Capturing of general ledger journals.
- Minute taking.
- Administration of EMPRO including JPC.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Experience in Credit Control and in a financial environment.
- Accounts receivable qualification would be an advantage.
- Drawing Office Admin would be added advantage.
- Computer literate with Excel.
- MDA, Opsuite and CAD experience would be an advantage.
