Job Description:

Minimum requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
  • Website management systems such as Magento or a similar platform is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Acumatica, Amazon S3 Bucket System, and SEMrush.
  • Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and copywriting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Communication tools like Mailchimp and Telegram.
  • Facebook Business Suite
  • Hootsuite or similar third-party scheduling tool knowledge.
  • or similar third-party landing page tool experience.

Duties and responsibilities:
Website management

  • Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that websites align with the brand strategy and adhere to the highest standards of the organization.
  • Stay current on new trends and best practices in digital marketing and closely monitor competitor websites to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Efficiently manage and organize content using Amazon S3 bucket system, ensuring smooth operation and accessibility of digital assets.
  • Quickly respond to and resolve any technical issues to maintain the smooth operation of the website.
  • Proactively identify and address any security breaches to ensure the protection of the website and the secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Develop and upload high-quality website content that accurately reflects the brand and engages visitors.
  • Continuously improve the user experience of the website to enhance its accessibility and usability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the subscriber base and drive web traffic metrics, contributing to the growth of the organization.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to website content and operation.
  • Conduct ongoing research and implement best practices in SEO to improve the visibility and ranking of the website on search engines.

Digital Marketing

  • Building and maintaining a strong and impactful social media presence for the company.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Planning and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Developing and implementing SMS marketing campaigns to reach customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Writing high-quality blog content that incorporates keywords to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Social Media Management

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and goals.
  • Create and execute effective social media campaigns to engage with customers and drive brand awareness.
  • Schedule and post timely, relevant, and engaging content on all social media platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure that the company’s online presence remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Upload and maintain the Facebook shop and catalogue to optimize online sales and drive revenue.
  • Manage the online community, including responding to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns, and fostering positive relationships with followers.
