Job Description:
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- A recognised electrical qualification (Electrical Trade Theory / N2/ S4)
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering will be an advantage.
- 3 to 4 years sales experience relating to Switchgear and associated products
- Switchgear / controls product knowledge required
- Understand of Drives, Motors and Switchgears
- Computer literacy, Windows, MS Word, & Excel (SYSPRO is an advantage)
Special Requirements
- Excellent communication skills on all levels (Face-to-Face, telephonic and written)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- A sense of urgency with a strong customer service orientation and willingness to learn additional job related skills.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations.
- Hard working, resourceful, ambitious, ability to cope with high volumes of work and have excellent business acumen
- Good Numeracy Skills
