Job Description:

• Relevant postgraduate degree
  • Prosci “Professional and Science” accredited change management practitioner (desirable)
  • Registration with relevant professional body
  Experience
  • 5 – 8 years’ experience as an organisational development specialist and extensive experience in working with senior
  leadership teams and Accounting Authority.
  • Knowledge of organisational development methodologies and principles
  • Knowledge of change management programme design and implementation principles.
