Position Overview
Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview currently holds one vacancy for a Product Expert. The main purpose of the job is to interact with potential customers daily to accurately ascertain customer requirements and expectations, offer and arrange a test drive, effective building of customer support and confidence and the effective management of new vehicle sales. Efficiently canvassing for new vehicle sales and ensuring effective administration of new vehicle sales.

Assist in preparing vehicles for customer delivery
Vehicle handover to customers
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of Grade 12
1 year’s minimum sales experience in the Motor Industry
Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures
