Requirements for Internships at NHLS:-

• Greet and assist visitors, attend to enquiries and direct to right person
• Answer and channel telephone calls efficiently to the correct people; Manage and direct enquiries to the necessary departments/business units;
• Sign for goods received and deliver to the correct department/individual;
• Hand out newspapers to visitors collecting it
• May be required to handle ad hoc office
• Assist with administration duties as required; and
• Report faulty lines and switchboard faults, office needs etc.
