As a Senior Client Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting clients across all areas of their business. You will provide guidance and training to the other team members in order to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within small businesses or large corporations as well as relevant technical skills (particularly MS Project). Experience working with entrepreneurs is desirable but not essential.
Requirements
- Client care including issues management and resolution
- Effective collaboration, cross-cultural communication.
- Directly supports the delivery of these projects with full transparency and accountability.
- Ensures that relevant communication channels are Organizes, directs and controls assigned project team to achieve client goals
- Manages relationships with the organization’s vendors and consultants to ensure project deadlines are met and critical issues are resolved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, Computer Science, Human Resource Management or related field required
- Previous project management experience is a requirement.
- Experience in executing projects with defined goals, timelines and metrics.
- Experience managing multiple clients and creating value through the delivery of services to meet customer needs.
- 3 to 5 years Project Management Experince, non negotiable.
